Our most recent Employee of the Month deals routinely with a wide variety of needs: taking phone calls, payroll, handling walk-in traffic from all around the hospital, and more.  Sharon has been known to be unfailingly gracious and helpful.  She has greatly increased the organization of information for her department and is concerned about the well being of not only her department, but also the entire hospital.  Sharon looks for opportunities for quality improvement and brings forth ideas to cut costs.  Our Employee of the Month has also been known to arrange her time off around the needs of the College of Nursing.  As College Chancellor Ginny Luetje has stated, � If Sharon were not so terrific at her job, I would fail at mine.�   Congratulations to Sharon!
