Directions to the Hospital:

Westbound or Eastbound Highway 40 to Hampton South exit to Clayton Avenue (stoplight); make right turn onto Clayton Avenue; make right turn into parking lot entrance. (To Centennial Pavilion: Continue on Clayton Avenue to Berthold Avenue; make right turn - head west on Berthold, past emergency room entrance, through stop sign to "Parking West" lot on right side of street; turn right into lot, park and proceed into Centennial Pavilion.)

Westbound or Eastbound Highway 44 to Hampton Avenue exit; go north on Hampton to Berthold Avenue (Schmiezing's Restaurant on left); make left turn onto Berthold - go to stop sign and turn right onto Clayton; turn left into parking lot entrance. (To Centennial Pavilion: From Hampton Avenue, proceed west on Berthold Avenue across Clayton Avenue, past emergency room entrance, through stop sign to "Parking West" lot on right side of street; turn right into lot, park and proceed into Centennial Pavilion.)

Parking
Parking is available in the parking pavilion at the east end of the campus. Its entrance is on Clayton Avenue. The Forest Park Centennial Pavilion outdoor parking lot is also available to patients and may be accessed from Berthold Avenue. Parking is $1 per vehicle. Physicians are provided with parking in front of the hospital, facing Oakland Avenue.
